Production Technique

The manufacturing procedure of SRPE is that welded steel mesh as skeleton composited with extruding plastic simultaneously at set molding machine. What is mean that by high grade low carbon steel wire as reinforcement skeleton and PE as basis, welds the steel wire into mesh structure though make-up machine, then it compositely extruded with melted PE on head of compound machine and continuously composite to its shape on production line, after the process of cooling, traction, cutting and sealing. It finally becomes end product of straight pipe.

Inspection

The international top laboratories form many pipe industries have done broadly tests on this product that have been listed on technical report TR-4 of PPI list by United States Plastic Pipe Association, which means this product has been permitted to enter North American market;

The industrial standard by China’s ministry of construction and chemical industry is enacted and so is the South African National standard.

The application for ISO international standard has been listed on the agenda. Currently the production lines of this pipe have already been put into production in China and over ten thousand kilometer pipeline have been installed.
